This is a designated Dark Sky area, perfect for stargazing and the events on-site tend to celebrate this pace of life with activities including bug hunts laid on for the younger members of your party.
Woody Heights (ref UK43203) enjoys a position on the edge of a drop, giving views across the treetops to the sea, although when summer comes the leaves will change this view to one of vibrant greens. This property offers quiet retreats and the chance to commune with nature, relax, unwind and enjoy the feeling of everyday stresses and strains falling from your shoulder.
A short walk into the site’s village square will reveal a host of things to do and enjoy with an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room and gym. There is also a seasonal outdoor pool, a pub and restaurant, a pizza restaurant and coffee shop, an on-site shop stocking local produce, a fishing lake and organised activities and regular events and entertainment.
Many guests choose to stay on-site but venture a little further and you will find yourself close to the stunning north Norfolk coastline and within easy reach of both the Norfolk Broads and the fine city of Norwich. The shared outdoor pool is seasonal and can be booked via Eventbrite (link on the Kelling Heath website) a few days before, one hour slots are available at a time. Code for Eventbrite for outdoor pool for May half term is KELMAYODPHHO The shared indoor pool is open 7am-9pm, every day. The restaurant clubhouse may close over Christmas and New Year 2023.
